Crocodile Duncan

So...There is the sweetest man that walks in our neighborhood every day. His name is Duncan, and he is awesome. He always stops to talk to us if we are getting the mail or out in the yard, he is so friendly and waves at everyone. He is ALWAYS smoking his pipe while he walks, it seems a little contridictory to me, but...whatever, to each his own, right? Tyler likes to joke that he only has 2 outfits because we only see him wearing one of two things when he walks.

Outift Number One (if the temperature is below 70) = White tennis shoes, black socks, jeans, button down, black coat, scarf, black gloves, pipe and Crocodile Duncan Hat

I got my new camera - YEA!!! Everyone celebrate with me!

It is awesome and I have had it a little over a week. I got it in just in time to be on the photo team for the Great Pearland Eggdrop - which turned out interesting...but that is a whole 'nother post I will not be getting into...

Anyway - I have been playing with it around my house and backyard and Galveston, whenever I get a free second - which isn't very often. I am trying to figure out all the modes and settings - I have decided the camera is smarter than me...but I will not give up!

Ava (my perfect little freckled canine) is a very good model and I figured I would just show you some pics of her, because she is pretty much the only subject I have had to "play" with.

She is "showing off her figure." (as only Kellis would say :)

She is a jumping bean - playing ball with Tyler - she jumps to about eye level with him!
